Atlas Management Resources provides exceptional service and a dedicated team of professional staff members to support non-profit and trade associations. By partnering with Atlas, an organization is able to provide all aspects of operation without the additional overhead of paying for office space and staff. Funds previously spent on office space, payroll taxes, employee benefits, equipment, and everything else can be directed toward member recruitment, program development and organizational enhancements.
An annual contract can relieve some of the burden of busy volunteers by providing some or all of the following services:
- Accounting, including bill-paying and invoicing
- Planning, promoting and staging conferences, training sessions, and other events (both in-person and virtual)
- Applying for continuing education credits and providing certificates for training event attendees
- Maintaining the association’s ever-changing database
- Developing and managing websites
- Writing, designing and distributing your newsletter and other communications
- Member recruitment and retention
- Strategic and long-range planning
- Board and committee facilitation
- Any other tasks that board and committee members feel are necessary
The Pennsylvania Bus Association engaged Atlas Management to manage our annual meeting held in Atlantic City, NJ in June of this year. Denise and her staff at Atlas handled all aspects of the meeting to ensure that all areas were handled in a professional manor from sponsors, speakers to our membership. The personal attention to every detail ensured we had a worry free and profitable event.
Atlas has been serving our organization, the National Guardianship Association, for many years, and are incredible to work with. The entire staff is professional, friendly, accurate, and creative. They respond to the simplest request and the most detailed project inquiries with professionalism. The staff is well aware of our needs and, generally, have a solution and response prior to our even asking a question. I have known Denise Ott from Atlas Management Co, for the better part of 15+ years. During the period of 2006 – 2013, I served on the Board of Directors of AADMM in various roles. AADMM grew from an organization of a few hundred members to over 800 + members in the US & Canada from that period of time until today 2023.
At the time of my service on the AADMM Board of Directors, Denise and her team kept the Association’s vision with the implementation of various programs including the certification program which is one of the most important programs to the present and future of the members of AADMM.
Denise is a true leader and her expertise with our small organization has proven invaluable.
